Jeremy’s Bio

Jeremy’s Experience includes:

•     12 years IT experience managing a diverse range of technical environments and personnel, both in the US and overseas.
•     Led outsourced IT services for Fortune Global 500 clientele.
•     Directed an IT consulting business that specialized in providing managed services for small enterprise.
•     Microsoft certified small business specialist and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Jeremy grew up in Winfield, got his start in IT at one of Winfield’s original computer shops (Abacus Computer), and graduated from Winfield High School. After graduating from Kansas State University, Jeremy moved to St. Louis, Missouri, started a small business IT company, and met his future wife Jane.

For several years, the Perkins-Finney family lived in Wellington, New Zealand (Jane’s hometown) and Jeremy did IT operations management for New Zealands 2nd largest phone company (TelstraClear). In June 2010, the Perkins-Finney family moved back to Winfield, Kansas to enjoy raising our 2 sons in the Winfield community and to start Koru Computing.
